Ran ran, instead of limped ran
Not too bad for two days post marathon! Almost felt normal! Slow, but hey…the girl has run 5 marathons in 6 months. (Which means, I realized last night, I need to do a two in one month to get my 12 in 12. Dang.)

I am thinking that one way to be less sore after a marathon is to work up to running marathons every month… I know that I feel less sore today, after doing an Ironman and a Marathon in November than I did last year after skipping 2 months in between… Of course, I also ran both races this year slower than the year before…
