Bootcamp
Look at that blistering pace! Actually, another night of bootcamp in the can. Lots of fun tonight! Proprioception exercises, some good strong upper body work, 1/4 mile speed burst followed by a 1/4 and stairs, band work and 45 crunches and 15 pushups! Woo hoo!
After the workout I met Kimberly at Starbucks and we put together a plot to takeover the world…okay, or a plan to get her to the 5k and beyond. I mixed the Koolaid…she drank the koolaid…another one bites the dust!
