Booty Busting again!
After a rough day I had a GREAT bootcamp! Tonight it was POURING rain so I was wondering if people would stay away. Nope! Everyone was there! We started did some great shoulder work tonight. I called it “shoulder torture” (lateral and front raises without lowering the arms for a full minute), plie squat/lifts, triceps. Awesome! We also did some speedwork and explosive work (as much as was safe on a wet track). Finished up with 80 crunches and 15 pushups. Everyone did AWESOME! It was fun!
I hope I can keep this cold at bay! I rested all day but I’m getting TIRED of this! I need to work and I need to train. I don’t need to be laid up!
