BOOOTCAMP!!!!
Since it was SO windy that it was miserable, we took bootcamp inside tonight. It went really well. We used the stairs in the auditorium. I had a medicine ball and Tina brought hers so we did some great medicine ball workouts. We found a place that was protected from the wind to run a bit. Lots of weights, lots of different moves, even did a bit of aerobics. It was great!
Next Monday is fitness evaluation day, so everyone bring your sheets! December every bootcamp is free, but you won’t know when it is unless you read my newsletter!
