Just a swim
Went out and decided on an endurance swim today. No drills except a few with the pull bouy. Swam until I hit the letter Z (that’s how I count my 100s…music a-z) and then got out. Felt okay. Nothing exciting. Used the zoomers for part of it.

12k Training
Ran with Gloria for our 12k training. Karen wasn’t feeling well so it was just us two. It’s funny how sometimes a slower run can feel harder than a faster one. Just kind of tired today, though. It didn’t feel bad, by any means. The weather looked way worse than it was. It was actually rather pleasant out and the company was great!
Just noticed my shoes have 400 miles on them. I hope that new pair comes soon. Hmm. I don’t want to buy a pair since I have a new pair coming, but I also have five marathons coming. What to do…what to do. Probably need to suck it up and buy a pair.
