Booty Busting Bootcamp
What a great bootcamp! I was worried I’d be so sore, but really felt pretty good. Started with some stair runs and then a lot of shoulder work (shoulder torture), jumping “rope” with weights, did some proprioception work, squats, tricep dips, and finished with 110 crunches, 19 (I collapsed on 20) pushups, and a good sun salutation…to the moon since it was dark.
